Welcome to DecapBridge

DecapBridge is a user management and authentication service for Decap CMS. It allows website owners to invite collaborators to edit content stored in a Git repository, without requiring those collaborators to have a Git account.

By accessing or using DecapBridge, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you disagree, do not use the service.

Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate information when registering. You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Plans and Billing

DecapBridge offers a free tier and paid subscription plans. Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis via Stripe. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice. Continued use of the service after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

Acceptable Use

You may not use DecapBridge to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation
• Infringe the intellectual property rights of others
• Transmit malicious code or interfere with the service's infrastructure
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or data

Self-Hosting

The DecapBridge source code is available on GitHub under the DecapBridge Source License 1.0. Self-hosting for personal or non-commercial use is permitted at no cost. Self-hosting for commercial use requires a separate commercial self-hosting license. See the source-available page for details.

Intellectual Property

DecapBridge and its content, features, and functionality are owned by Millisecond Studio and are protected under applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without explicit written permission, except as permitted under the source code license.

Service Availability

We aim to keep DecapBridge available and reliable, but we do not guarantee any specific uptime or availability. We may perform maintenance, introduce changes, or discontinue features at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant disruptions in advance.

Termination

You may delete your account at any time. Upon deletion, your personal data and associated records are permanently removed from our systems.

We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms, with or without notice depending on the severity of the violation.

No Warranties

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Millisecond Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of or inability to use the service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the province of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date below. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
